ABOUT RACHEL
A trained occupational psychologist, Rachel brings with her 10 years of corporate, consulting and facilitation experience. Rachel’s work has brought her across ASEAN, Greater China and India, where she has delivered organisational change and individual development intervention and facilitated workshops for multinationals, non-profits and government organisations.
Rachel’s areas of expertise are Leadership Development, Talent Attraction, Selection and Management, and stand up training and facilitation. She has managed programmes for companies such as Petronas, SingTel, Asian Development Bank, Sumitomo Chemicals Asia, Adaro, Hitachi, Rentokil-Initial, Brother, Coca-Cola, Singapore Police Force and Civil Service College.

Rachel began her career as a psychologist in the Singapore Police Force, followed by a stint in the Public Services Division of the Prime Minister’s Office. After leaving government service, Rachel spent time as a talent consultant in Mercer Consutling, before taking on the role of Regional Learning and Development Manager for Rentokil-Initial.
Rachel has an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Nottingham. She was awarded a Singapore government scholarship for her undergraduate studies. In her spare time, Rachel volunteers as a guide at the Peranakan Museum to live out her unfulfilled dream of being the Little Nonya.
