Kenneth has been involved in organisational development for over 18 years, having experiences in both internal and external consultant roles. He works with individuals and organisations to improve effectiveness through planned interventions. He has delivered programs in leadership development, communication skills, service excellence, and effective teams, for local and international clients.

Kenneth has worked with Corporations (e.g. Singapore Airlines, Bangkok Hospital Medical Center, Pantai Nursing College, SP Setia Berhad Group, Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia); and Government institutions (e.g. Ministry of Education, Singapore Tourism Board, and the Housing and Development Board). Since 2003, Kenneth has coached executives from organisations including Robert Walters, Jassen Cilag, Allianz, MARSH, Citi Group, Goodyear, Bank Negara, Pfizer (Korea), and CPF Board, as part of their leadership development. He is accredited in Benchmarks© and the MBTI© assessment tools.

Kenneth started as an Organisational Psychologist with the Ministry of Defence in Singapore, and acquired skills in personnel selection and development, survey research, and change management. His career experiences include the consulting, aviation, medical, and automotive industry. He received his Bachelor of Psychology from Murdoch University (Western Australia), and his MBA from the University of Edinburgh (Scotland). Kenneth enjoys interacting with people across cultures, performance cars, and hearty meals.
