Adeline Heng is an Organisational Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the field of Organisational Psychology. She has advised leaders on organisational culture, employee engagement, leadership development, safety climate, and employee wellbeing. She has coached leaders on leadership and leading effective teams, including for multinational overseas operations, and crisis management of workplace accidents.

Adeline has developed and managed systems for the psychological assessment and selection of candidates for leadership roles and elite vocations. She has also developed and implemented systems for provision of employee psychological health support across the SAF.
Adeline started her career as a Naval Officer in the Republic of Singapore Navy, and has commanded a Patrol Vessel. She then worked at the Ministry of Defence, heading the Defence Psychology Department, responsible for the deployment and development of psychologists in MINDEF and SAF. She holds an Honours degree in Psychology from Nottingham University (UK) under the SAF Merit Scholarship, a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University (UK) under the SAF Postgraduate Scholarship, and is a certified professional coach in transformative coaching.
