ABOUT ELLIOT

Elliot serves as an Associate with Kosh Consulting Group (KCG). He is primarily involved in business development for KCG’s proprietary psychometric test platform iAssess, as well as other HR technology projects the firm has in development.

Elliot graduated from the National University Of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours (Distinction) in Psychology. Over the course of his studies, he developed a keen interest in the application of psychological concepts to workplace contexts, as well as how advances in technology change the way we think about ourselves and others. These interests serve as his main motivation and drive to develop KCG’s psychometric assessment and HR technology projects, for both professional and personal satisfaction.

Aside from development work, Elliot has also been involved in directly administering psychometric assessments and facilitating interviews for KCG’s public and private sector clients, both in-person and online. Elliot has also been involved in conducting Assessment Centres and played a key role in adapting KCG’s physical Assessment Centre exercises to an online format during the COVID-19 pandemic. Elliot continues to play an active role in facilitating the smooth conduct of psychometric assessments, assessment centres, and interviews while brainstorming ways to further refine these processes amidst the evolving landscape of the working world.

In between his studies, Elliot held an internship with KCG, starting out by refining and adjusting questions for psychometric assessment tools and materials to make them more accessible and appealing to the general public. Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and high independence, his duties eventually expanded to include developing marketing materials for the firm’s products and services, as well as building e-learning and certification programs based around iAssess. He continues to apply himself in these areas and more today as a full-time employee.
