Veronica Puah is a Senior Consultant with Kosh Consulting Group. Veronica started her consulting career at SHL Singapore and has over 13 years of experience in Human Resource (HR) consulting and as an HR practitioner, where she led the Learning & Organisation Development for a group of companies with over 2000 employees. Through the years, Veronica has worked with organisations in areas, such as Talent Identification, Management and Succession Planning, Organisation Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, etc.
In the area of Talent Identification, Management and Succession Planning, Veronica has worked with organisations in many sectors (e.g. education, financial, FMCGs, government, manufacturing, etc.) in scholarship and high potentials assessments. She is certified in a broad range of psychometric assessment tools and helps clients strengthen their selection processes through her expertise in the design of competencies and success profiles, bespoke assessment & development centres, simulations and business cases. Beyond selection, Veronica also consulted with organisations in their development of Talent Strategy and design of Talent Management tools, systems and framework to support the organisation’s succession planning needs.
A strong believer in Organisation Development, Veronica partnered organisations in developing various interventions to build towards a learning organisation. One of the more notable achievements was a project that involved leaders from middle managers to Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) in the backend technology and operations of a large financial institution. The success of the initial implementation led to 3 year regional Organisational Development (OD) project where culture & leadership mind-set change complemented changes in business processes to support the bank’s efforts to reinvent its operations, effectiveness, efficiency and growth across Southeast Asia.
Being a skilled facilitator and coach, Veronica has worked with leaders up to C-Suite level in various capacities. Innovative and resourceful, she facilitates focus groups and senior management retreats to help organisations challenge their boundaries, crystalise and align vision and strategies. Veronica also designs and facilitates customised leadership programs for her clients and embraces the Learning Organisation concept in her approaches. In her facilitation, she challenges leaders in their thought leadership & mental models, enhances personal growth through character development and heightened self-awareness, and strengthens team learning through development of interaction and facilitation skills.
