The founders and consultants of the Kosh Consulting Group each have 10+ years of experience working with a wide range of clients in various organizations. As a consequence, we are adept at understanding the real world needs of clients; able to work with a broad range of people in different environments; and in crafting practical solutions that are both efficient and effective.

Our consultants have postgraduate qualifications from reputable universities, and are affiliated to major professional associations. 4 of our consultants are Singapore Armed Forces Overseas Merit Scholars, an award conferred to the best students in the country. A number of our consultants are also professors in universities.

Our consultants in general have broad leadership and management abilities, and 6 consultants hold the military rank of Major. This enables us to relate well to senior leadership in our client organizations, and to frame key issues in a top-down organization-wide perspective. We understand the needs of leaders because we are leaders ourselves.

A significant number of our consultants began their careers in government service. As a result we understand the mindset of government agencies, how they work, their specific needs and how best to relate to them. This gives us the cultural intelligence to provide top quality advice and service to government agencies.
