PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT

Our competence in this area includes psychometric testing, assessment centres, focus groups, board interviews and psychological profiling. Assessment work is often carried out in organizations to facilitate recruitment & retention, vocational streaming, leadership development, performance appraisal as well as promotions.

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

We are conversant in all key aspects of Organization Development including organization diagnostics, process consultation, change management, culture development as well as organization interventions. Our focus is to help leaders facilitate top-down organization-wide efforts to increase its effectiveness and overall level of functioning.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

We have two thrusts in this area. Firstly, we facilitate the development of the leader including a focus on the desired personal attributes such as visioning, communication styles, strategic thinking, managing change and complexity, etc. Secondly, we focus on leadership development as an organizational process, facilitating organizations in their efforts to build effective teams and relationships around key leaders.

TEAM BUILDING

This is one of our core offerings, which we apply in a large number of settings. Our Team Building efforts help new teams crystalize their objectives, rules of engagement, rewards and punishment, and other group processes that set the stage for effective functioning. Our Team Development work focuses on existing teams, helping them re-establish effective interpersonal relationships, collaboration and self-regulation.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We strive to find unique ways of helping executives improve on their overall professional effectiveness in the areas of communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, thinking abilities, and so forth. Our approach is not to replicate the myriad training workshops currently available, but to identify and work with experts who have developed proprietary, cutting edge and highly effective training methods.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

We help organizations develop and improve on performance appraisal systems, 360-degree feedback systems, employee engagement surveys, talent management, etc. We also work on the individual level, especially in executive coaching for senior leadership. Where necessary, we assist with the recruitment and retention efforts of key clients.

SURVEY RESEARCH

Our competence includes large-scale survey research projects encompassing all major survey methodologies including classroom, one-to-one, telephone as well as web-based surveys. We have particular interest in developing customized multi-year large-scale survey research initiatives, with co-branding opportunities.
